On request, a delicious breakfast (6 euro pp), lunch (10 euro pp) or dinner (17.50 euro pp) can be provided.
This can be enjoyed in your own accomodation or with our family at the table.
In the high season we offer a joint Paella evening on the Monday.

Paul Beavis was trained as a chef in the Netherlands. There he worked in several establisementen for 10 years (Sybold, Bon Bouché, Rosas and others). Then he set up a restaurant in Lombok, Indonesia and then he was chef in the kitchen at the Domaine La Figuera (Rieussec). During a winter season, he was also responsible for starry catering in the chalets of the Grand Alps.
Marije van Driem learned as a program manager in the Baak (Netherlands) to organize big projects. In domestic life she loves to experiment with different ingredients and assists Paul in the kitchen.
Currently SOYEZ Catering was responsible for a number of weddings and parties in Languedoc Rouisillon. From intimacy (8 people) to the big (150 people).
